Quartersource, Inc. is a cross-sector consulting firm with expertise in educational services. Founded by Dr. Paula Love in 2004, Quartersource focuses on accountability in education, and the need for stronger partnerships, research-based solutions, and better communication across sectors.

We help companies position products and services within the current funding arena.

We work with education agencies to clarify needs, set goals, define objectives, and determine actions.

Together we can help you identify challenges and make connections to improve products and services for students and teachers, and that's good news for everyone.

Paula Love, Ed.D has more than thirty years experience in public and private sector education services. As a former executive administrator for the Maryland State Department of Education she successfully generated over $52 million in federal, foundation, and corporate grants. After retiring from public education, Dr. Love worked with educational technology companies where she was responsible for managing all grants and bid opportunities for the K-12, international, and post secondary markets. In 2004, she founded Quartersource, Inc., to meet the demands of an increasingly complex environment in both sectors.
